Blanche comes from a wealthy family but is also a self-made business woman. Blanche's PR firm, Ingram Consulting Ltd, runs the PR campaign for Thornfield Aluminium Exports, but as Blanche and Rochester come from the same social circles, they knew each other long before Thornfield became her client.
